The Relationship team is responsible for building and maintaining brilliant strategic partnerships with you. We ensure the delivery of excellent service throughout your client journey. Our team is comprised of Account Directors, Account Managers, Product Development and Marketing.
Your client journey starts with an Account Director who remains responsible for the ongoing strategic direction of your relationship. Once the initial project has launched an Account Manager will manage the day-to-day service and ensure the Intelligent Reward™ strategy is being delivered.
The Marketing team ensures you are up-to-date with developments both in the reward world and at Thomsons. We also give you opportunities to interact with peers from our other clients, both at organised events and online.
Client Projects team
The Client Projects team is responsible for creating and launching Intelligent Reward™ with our clients globally. We are a single global team comprised of a number of disciplines, including scheme design, communications, health & wellbeing, pensions, technology implementation and project management.
We are involved right from the outset of our relationship and will ensure the on time and robust delivery of your project. Working collaboratively with you, and each other, we will make sure you have complete transparency and involvement at every stage.
Being regulated by the Financial Service Authority, we provide clear and concise recommendations based on our unrivalled experience of what has worked for over 200 clients.
Ongoing Delivery team
Our Ongoing Delivery team has one simple focus, to deliver superior customer service. The team comprises of In-House Account Managers, Customer Service and Training.
We offer you complete visibility over our service delivery using our Task Management System. This logs every activity which has taken place, or is in progress on your scheme, so that you know the exact status of all tasks and that we are meeting our service level agreements.
Development team
The Development team underpins our whole organisational structure. We are responsible for driving forward the ongoing development of our award-winning third generation software, Darwin.
With creative, detailed and agile minds, we are able to deliver the best, most robust software in the market, in the fastest possible time.
We develop our software in-house, using a single code line, which means all our clients globally use the latest version of our software, and there are no upgrade headaches. By using an “agile” development methodology, our Development team continually releases enhancements at no additional cost to our clients.
