That’s why we hold regular social events, creative team days and our annual company conference which culminates in our now legendary fancy dress competition!

We also hold an annual employee awards event to celebrate the achievements of our outstanding teams and individuals.

We also believe that it’s important to give something back to the community in which we work and our charity programme ’Pay It Forward’ empowers employees to do just that. Thomsons staff chose to support local charity for the homeless in Victoria, The Passage, and run regular fundraising events. We also offer everyone the opportunity to take a volunteering day over and above their annual leave to ‘pay it forward’ in a way that inspires them.
