In 2003 we implemented the first online, multi-currency and multi-lingual flexible benefits scheme in the world. Since then we have developed a reputation as the leading provider for implementing and managing global benefit solutions through our work with clients such as Alexander Mann Solutions, the Economist, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Where traditional consultancies do provide technology solutions, they are country specific, operate separately to the main business and are bespoke for the client. This means that they are expensive to implement, not cost effective in smaller countries, cannot be upgraded easily and are expensive to update.

By contrast, our software is highly configurable and can therefore be quickly implemented. We operate a single code line on which all of our clients sit globally. This means that all our clients, no matter their location, use the same version of our software, and all management information can be reported globally. However, this does not mean that our solution cannot be tailored to the specific requirements of different locations. It is multi-currency and multi-lingual even down to an individual employee/benefit level. This means that an employee in Shanghai can select their benefits in Mandarin language and Yuan currency, whilst their selections are reported in $ Dollars.

All this gives you complete visibility and control over your reward spending across the globe.
