Since its inception, technology has been one of the cornerstones of our business. In 2004 we completely redeveloped our software in Microsoft .NET, and we now offer the only “third generation” employee benefits technology. This provides three main benefits to our clients:
- Cost reduction– As well as virtually eliminating employee benefit administration, our software is rules based and automatically determines which benefits an individual employee is eligible for, without the need for offline calculations;
- Control– We give you complete control and visibility over your reward spend globally, so you can make effective decisions about your ongoing strategy. In addition, your people have the tools they need to understand and actively manage their own package;
- Return-on-investment– Our dashboard reporting provides powerful statistics in graphical form, so that you can easily monitor the success of your strategy and identify trends. Once these trends are identified, our communication tools enable you to send targeted and personalised communications to employees to ensure they are engaged by, understand and appreciate the value of their reward package.
We operate a single code line, which means all our clients globally use the latest version of our software, and there are no upgrade headaches. By using an “agile” development methodology, we continually develop and release enhancements at no additional cost to our clients. All modules within our technology, whether it be total reward, flexible benefits, retirement, absence planning or payslips, are completely integrated.
Our software gives you the opportunity to create an unlimited number of “free fields” so that you have complete flexibility over the data you wish to hold, and report on. It is developed and supported by our own team comprising the best technical, benefits, HR and payroll integration knowledge in the industry.
We pioneered technological integration with benefit providers. We were the first to drive through the acceptance of signature-free online pension enrolment and create seamless XML integration with all the major UK pension providers. We also have a direct feed from the Department of Work and Pensions to show employees their projected state pension earnings.
Our leading-edge integration means that transfer of information between our solution and HR and payroll providers, is automated.
