We have an opportunity for a Client Services Associate to join our Ongoing Delivery Team
Role Description
- Answering telephone or email enquiries from clients, their employees and partner vendors
- Assist in the administration of clients’ Flexible Employee Benefit Schemes
- Monthly database maintenance and reporting to clients and partner vendors
- Liaison with client contacts and partner vendors
- Benefits enrolment administration
Requirements
- Diploma holder with 2 years of related working experience
- Experience working in demanding administration environment
- Tactful, attentive to details and service-oriented
- Confident user of Excel (for validating, reconciling and identifying exceptions)
- Excellent database skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Only Singaporean and PR need to apply
