This means that all our clients, no matter their location, use the same version of our global rewards software, and all management information can be reported internationally. However, this does not mean that our solution cannot be tailored to the specific requirements of different locations. It is multi-currency and multi-lingual even down to an individual employee/benefit level. This means that an employee in Shanghai can select their benefits in Mandarin language and Yuan currency, whilst their selections are reported in $ Dollars.
