2003
- Launch of 1st online global flexible benefits scheme for Vanco plc
- Turnover exceeds £1 million
2004
- Win 1st FTSE 100 client, Smith & Nephew
- Win 1st awards including Corporate Adviser of the Year at Money Marketing Awards
2005
- Management buy-out funded by Pi Capital
- Flexible Benefits implemented for VISA
- Annual research report ‘Employee Rewards Watch’ launched, benchmarking reward trends across UK and Asia
2006
- Development of Intelligent Reward™ methodology
- Thomsons Asia opens in Singapore

2007
- Win contract to deliver global flexible benefits for RBS, utilising Thomsons Asia hub

- Ran ‘Inside Out’ and ‘Outside In’, two important strategic initiatives to launch our proposition into 2009 and beyond
