7 seminars designed around your learning objectives - your day, your destination
Back by popular demand, Thomsons Online Benefits is hosting the event again in 2010, offering you the chance to structure your day and learning objectives. This year we are focusing on the impact of the political and economic climate on the landscape of reward.
We ask you to choose, prior to the day, from seven one hour sessions on topics that most interest you.
Don't take our word for it, listen to what last year's attendees had to say!
New this year is The Benefits Surgery and Thomsons Election Insight:
- Speak to peers and reward experts about issues facing your business;
- Understand the impact of the election on benefit and reward with cross-party analysis direct from Westminster.
Choose from the following topics:
- Effective communications - engaging employees in 2010;
- Exciting benefits for generation X and Y;
- The future of pensions;
- Removing the burden of administration through technology;
- Maximising the impact of salary sacrifice;
- The future of company risk and healthcare;
- Cost effective ways to motivate employees.
The seminars will be broken up by:
- Tours around our office to see a reward consultancy in action;
- One to one coffee break sessions with appropriate experts;
- Technology demonstrations;
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks served throughout the day.
What will you come away with?
- The chance to attend seminars appropriate to your learning objectives;
- The opportunity to talk to an expert one to one about your specific benefit queries;
- An understanding of the impact of government change on the reward landscape;
- New contacts and ideas from other HR professionals.
